Welcome to EazyLink. By accessing or using this portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using this portal immediately.

2. User Accounts

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
Our system reserves the right to cancel accounts found violating terms or conducting suspicious activities without prior notice.

3. Subscription & Payments (PRO)

The EazyLink Pro package is offered at RM 49/month (or equivalent rate). Transactions are securely processed. All payments made are final and non-refundable unless determined at the discretion of the EazyLink management.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use EazyLink for the following purposes:

Uploading files or code scripts that contain viruses, malware, or malicious software.
Building phishing pages to illegally collect personal data of web users.
Violating copyright laws or intellectual property of any third party.

5. Limitation of Liability

The EazyLink system is provided "as is". We hold no responsibility for any loss of user data, business losses, or indirect damages caused by technical downtime, cyber attacks, or server errors.

1. Information Collection

We only collect basic information necessary for system operations, including name, email address, and the draft data (code/images) you upload. For local mode users (offline), data is stored directly on your own device.

2. Use of Information

Your information is used to:

Verify your account login sessions.
Store and manage your draft projects and web page files.
Process the activation of paid subscription features (PRO).

3. Third Parties & Payments

EazyLink absolutely does not collect or store your credit card/banking information. All financial matters are processed directly by trusted and legal third-party payment gateways. We may also use cloud infrastructure like Google Firebase for database synchronization.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

This portal relies heavily on browser processing (Browser Local Storage & Session). This technology is used specifically to save your login settings and work drafts automatically so that the session is not lost when you refresh the web page.

5. Security Protection

We take reasonable security measures to protect your identity and draft data from unauthorized access. However, since no system on the internet is 100% immune, we advise users to set strong passwords.
